Aspyr Media, Inc. is an Austin, Texas based company that specialises in porting Windows games to the Mac OS platform since 1996. Owning 60% of the Mac entertainment market, the company has worked closely with partners including LucasArts, Warner Bros., Universal, Activision, Paramount, Eidos and Electronic Arts to bring brands such as Star Wars, Harry Potter, Tony Hawk, Doom 3, Call of Duty and Call of Duty 2, Quake 4, Tomb Raider, Madden NFL Football, The Sims and The Sims 2, Battlefield 1942, Command and Conquer Generals and Command & Conquer: Generals Zero Hour to the Macintosh platform.

In recent years, Aspyr have also begun porting console games to Game Boy Advance and Windows along with publishing games such as Wideload Games' Stubbs the Zombie in "Rebel Without a Pulse", for Mac, Windows and the Xbox.
