Sony Pictures Digital was first established under the name Columbia TriStar Interactive, changing to Sony Pictures Interactive Network (SPiN), before becoming Sony Pictures Digital Sales and Marketing in 1995, and becoming responsible for all areas of interactive media creation and marketing for Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE), including games, mobile extras, websites, design and sales.
